Is 360clash free to use?

Creating an account and browsing tournaments is free. Some tournaments charge an entry fee, which is set by the organizer and shown before you join.

Which games are supported?

Each tournament is for one game, chosen by its organizer. Browse the tournaments page to see which games have tournaments now.

How do I become an organizer?

Organizations are not self-service. A 360clash administrator invites you by email. To ask about running tournaments, email info@360clash.com.

I did not get the confirmation email.

Check your spam folder, then use Resend verification email on the Check your inbox page or on the login page. You can request a new link up to 3 times an hour.

My confirmation link says it is no longer valid.

Links expire after 24 hours. Open the link again and enter your email to get a new one.

Can other players see when I was last online?

Yes, by default. Turn off Show when I was last online in the Privacy card of Account settings and only you see it.

Who can see my email address?

Nobody on your profile. The organizer staff of a tournament you enter can see it, so they can reach you about that tournament.

Can I have more than one account?

No. The Terms and Conditions allow one account per person, and creating extra accounts can get all of them suspended.

Can 360clash staff change my match result?

No. Platform administrators have no rights over a tournament's matches. Results and disputes are decided by that tournament's organizer staff.

Who do I ask about a missing prize?

Prizes are paid automatically after a hold period once the tournament completes, and the organizer can extend the hold once. Your wallet's On the way card shows when each prize arrives. Ask the organizer first. If the money still does not arrive, email info@360clash.com.

Who should I contact about a match result?

The organizer's staff for that tournament. 360clash support cannot change results or settle disputes.

Who should I contact if my top-up did not arrive?

Email info@360clash.com with the email on your account, the date and the amount.

Why is there no Join button on a tournament?

The page only offers Join while you can actually register. It is hidden when registration is not open, when the tournament is full, when an open tournament has started, when you already have an entry, or when the tournament is invite-only and you did not open it from its invite link.

Do I get my entry fee back if I withdraw?

Yes. If you withdraw before the first stage starts, any entry fee you paid goes back in full to the wallet it came from. After the tournament starts you can no longer withdraw.

Can I join with a team I do not lead?

No. To enter a team tournament you must own or lead a team that plays the game. If the entry has a fee, only the team's owner can enter, because the fee comes out of the team wallet.

What happens if I miss check-in?

In a tournament that uses check-in, an entry that has not checked in when the first stage starts is not placed in the bracket, and any entry fee is refunded. You get a notification and an email telling you so.

Who checks in for a team?

The team's owner or a team leader. Other players on the roster see whether the team is checked in, but they cannot check in for it.

Why can I not check in yet?

Check-in has its own window. The Check in button only appears between the opening and closing times shown on the tournament's Info & rules tab, and only once your registration is approved.

Who can enter my team in a tournament?

The team's owner or a team leader. If the tournament has an entry fee, only the owner can enter it, because the fee is taken from the team wallet.

Can I change my lineup after the tournament starts?

The owner or a team leader can still swap players between active and substitute, but only among players already on the entered roster. Tournament staff can rewrite a roster outright.

I own a team and want to leave. What do I do?

Pick another member as the new owner when you leave. If nobody else is on the team, you cannot leave it. Use Disband team instead.

Who reports the result, me or my opponent?

Both sides report once, each from their own side. In a team match the team's owner or a team leader reports. The match completes when both main scores agree.

Do I have to upload a screenshot?

Only if the tournament requires proof. In that case your report needs a screenshot, or you tick "I can't upload a screenshot" and the organizer sees your report marked as unproven.

Who can see the lobby code in a Battle Royale game?

Only the players assigned to that game, and the tournament staff. The code appears once the organizer releases it, and sharing it is how an outsider could take a registered player's place, so keep it to yourself.

How do I open a dispute?

There is no dispute button. A match becomes Disputed on its own when the two sides report different main scores. For any other problem, such as a no-show or a rule question, select Call admin in the match chat.

Who decides a disputed match?

The tournament's staff, meaning the organizer and the people on that tournament's staff list. Platform administrators do not decide match results.

Can I forfeit a match myself?

No. Only tournament staff can record a forfeit. If you cannot play, tell the staff through the match chat or Call admin.

Why can I not message someone?

Direct messages are only possible between friends. Add the player as a friend first. In a tournament room you may also be unable to post if staff locked the room or timed you out; the message box says so.

How do I get notifications when 360clash is in the background?

Open Settings from your profile menu, then the Notifications tab, and select Enable desktop notifications. Your browser asks for permission once. These alerts appear only while 360clash is open in a browser tab, not when it is closed.

Can I turn off emails?

You can turn off emails that organizers send about a tournament you joined. Other emails cannot be switched off, including registration decisions, check-in reminders, the tournament starting and payment deadlines.

Does the team know I follow it?

The team page shows a public follower count, but not who follows. Following is separate from friendships and does not need approval.

Can I follow a team I am on?

No. Members of a team already hear everything it does, so the Follow button is not offered to them.

How do I stop the alerts but keep following?

Select the bell button next to Following on the team page to turn alerts off. The team stays in your follows, and its matches still show on your home page.

I can't see the lobby code. Why?

The code appears only once the organizer releases it, and only to players drawn into that game. If the lobby card says the organizer hasn't shared the code yet, wait for the Lobby code is ready notification.

Can I give the code to a teammate or a friend?

Give it to nobody who is not on the card's lobby. Anyone with the code can enter the lobby, and when too many do, the game keeps a random selection, so an outsider can cost a registered player their place.

Do I report my own result in a Battle Royale game?

No. Only tournament staff enter results. In games not scored from a replay, you upload a screenshot of your end screen and the staff record your result from it.

Can I create an organization myself?

No. A platform admin invites you by email. Once the invite is accepted by verifying that address, the organization is created and your account is its Owner.

Does being organizer staff let me run any tournament?

No. Staff membership only puts you in the pool the Owner picks from. You run a tournament only when you are on that tournament's staff list.

How long does the invite to become an organizer last?

30 days. If it lapses, ask the platform to invite you again.

Is my organization's email address public?

Only the Public contact email is. The Organization email is private, readable by your members, and is where staff notices go. Leave the public one empty to show no address.

Does an invitation to join my organization expire?

No. It stays open until the person accepts or declines, or you send them a new one, which replaces it.

Why can't I see the New tournament option?

Only the organization's Owner can create tournaments. Organizer staff and tournament staff cannot.

Can I save a tournament without stages?

Yes. A draft with no stages is fine. You need at least one stage before you can publish.

Can I unpublish a tournament?

No. A published tournament can be cancelled, which stops every stage and refunds entry fees, but it cannot go back to a draft.

Why is Publish refused?

The Overview tab shows the reasons under "Before you publish". The usual ones are no stages, a prize split that is missing or pays more places than there are slots, or fees that leave no prize pool.

Why can't I add participants myself on my paid tournament?

On a tournament with an entry fee, entrants must join through the join page so they pay with their own money. Organizers cannot spend someone else's.

Why can't I decline an approved participant?

Once the tournament is ongoing, an approved participant can no longer be declined or removed, because the brackets were built from that roster. A pending request can still be turned down.

What happens to an invitation nobody answers?

It can be answered until registration closes or the first stage starts, whichever comes first. After that it expires, the entry is rejected and the seat is freed.

Are participants who miss check-in forfeited?

They are not forfeited. Their seat in the first stage is removed before the draw, so there is no match to forfeit, and a paid seat is refunded.

Can I check someone in by hand?

Yes. On the Participants tab, use the Check-in switch on a row, or Check in on a selection. It ignores the window, and works until the first stage starts.

Can I change check-in after the tournament starts?

No. The switch and its times are yours to change until the tournament starts.
