Who handles what
360clash is the platform. Each tournament is run by an organizer. Knowing which of the two owns a problem gets you an answer faster.
The organizer runs the tournament
Each tournament belongs to an organizer and is run by the staff that organizer assigned to it. The organizer is responsible for:
- Rules. What the tournament is, which game and format it uses, and any extra rules it publishes. See Code of conduct and Ruleset template.
- Schedule. Registration and check-in times, when stages start, and when matches are played.
- Entries. Approving or rejecting entries, and removing participants.
- Results. Staff can set a match's score, record a forfeit or disqualify a participant.
- Disputes. When the two sides report different scores, the match is flagged as disputed and the organizer's staff decide it. See Disputes.
- Finishing the tournament. A tournament completes on its own once every stage is over, or the organizer finishes it. Prizes are then paid automatically after a hold period, which the organizer can extend once. Winners see the arrival date under On the way in their wallet. See Prizes and payouts.
- Entry fees and prizes. The organizer sets the fee and the prize split. See Entry fees and Prizes and payouts.
360clash runs the platform
360clash handles:
- Accounts. Registration, login, two-factor authentication and password resets.
- Wallets and payments. Wallet balances, top-ups, entry fee payments, refunds and prize payouts move through the platform's wallet system. See Wallets and Top-up.
- The software. Brackets, live updates, chat and notifications.
- Platform rules. Banning accounts that break the Terms and Conditions, such as cheating, multiple accounts or abuse.
Platform administrators do not run tournaments
360clash administrators run the platform. They have no special rights inside a tournament. They cannot edit a match result, settle a dispute or change a bracket unless they are also on that tournament's staff.
If you have a problem with a match, a result or a rule, take it to the organizer's staff for that tournament. Start from the tournament's page and its chat, if the tournament has one. See Contact support for what to do if the organizer does not help.
