Top up
You top up a wallet by paying on 360loot, our sister service and checkout partner. 360loot handles the card payment. 360clash adds the credit to the wallet.
How to top up
- Open the wallet you want to fill: Your wallet, a team's Wallet tab, or the organizer's Finances page. You need spending rights on it. See Wallets.
- Select Top up.
- Choose an amount: 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 euros.
- Select Continue to payment. You are sent to the 360loot checkout.
- Pay. You are returned to 360clash.
If you are short on funds while joining a tournament or paying for a stage seat, the dialog offers Add funds. After you pay you come back to the same place.
What happens after you pay
The return page shows Confirming your payment and updates when the payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few seconds. Keep the page open if you can.
You do not have to. If you close the tab, the wallet is still credited once the payment clears, and you get a notification. Amount paid equals amount credited: a 25 euro top-up adds 25 euros. Top-up credit stays in the wallet to spend on 360clash. You can't cash it out yet.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means |

| Payment received | The money is in the wallet and ready to spend. |
| Payment didn't go through | The checkout expired or the payment failed. Nothing was added to the wallet. |
| We're checking your payment | The payment needs a manual check. Support will follow up. You do not need to do anything. |
| Payment refunded | The payment was refunded, so the credit was taken back out of the wallet. |
| Still confirming | The check is taking longer than usual. The wallet is still credited once the payment clears, even if you leave the page. |

Refunds and chargebacks
If a top-up is refunded or you win a dispute with your bank, the credit is taken back out of the wallet. If you already spent it, the balance can go below zero. You are notified when this happens.
Good to know
- If a payment went through but could not be credited, only the person who paid is told, in the app and by email.
