Fees
Fees on 360clash come out of the prize pool of a paid tournament. They are shown before you pay.
Top-ups
A top-up adds exactly the amount you choose to the wallet. Paying 25 euros credits 25 euros. The payment itself happens on the 360loot checkout, which shows what you pay before you confirm. See Top up.
Entry fees and the prize pool
Every entry fee is split three ways when the tournament finishes:
| Part | Who gets it | Who sets it |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | 360clash | 360clash |
| Organizer fee | The organization's wallet | The organizer |
| Prize pool | The placements | The organizer sets the split between places |
Both fees are percentages of the pool. The organizer fee is entered as a percentage in the Organizer fee field when creating the tournament. Together, the two fees must leave something for the prize pool.
The tournament form shows the platform fee's percentage in the hint under the Organizer fee field. The rate is fixed on a tournament at the moment it is published, so a later change does not apply to tournaments that are already published. The organizer fee and the prize split are locked at publishing too.
The organizer's form shows the split for an entry fee, for example how much of each entry goes to the platform, the organizer and the prize pool. Players see the resulting prize pool on the tournament's Prizes card.
Fees are not charged on refunds. Refunds return the full entry fee. See Entry fees.
Fees are only taken when the tournament's payouts are released. Until then, the whole entry fee sits in the tournament's own balance.
Where organizers see their fees
Organization members open Finances in the organizer dashboard. A paid tournament's Money tab shows the entry fees collected, refunds, the organizer fee and the platform fee, split into pending and released amounts. The organizer fee lands in the organization wallet when payouts are released. See Prizes and payouts.
Cashing out
You can't cash out a balance yet. Withdrawals are not available, so wallet credit is for spending on 360clash for now. You also cannot send money to another player. For questions about your balance, email [email protected].
