Wallets
Players, teams and organizers each have a wallet. It holds the credit you use to pay entry fees and receive prizes. Amounts are in euros.
Where to find your wallet
- Your wallet: open Your wallet from your profile menu. It shows your balance, the money on its way, and your full history.
- A team wallet: on the team's page, open the Wallet tab. The team's profile also shows the balance.
- An organization wallet: in the organizer dashboard, open Finances.
Who can see and do what
| Player wallet | Team wallet | Organizer wallet | |
|---|---|---|---|
| See the balance | The player only | Everyone, including visitors | Everyone, including visitors |
| See the history | The player only | Team members | Organization members, including tournament staff |
| Top up, redeem a code, spend | The player | The team owner | The organization owner |
Being a team leader or a staff member does not give you spending rights on a team or organizer wallet. Only the owner can spend from it. Platform administrators get no extra access either.
Any member of a team can add their own funds to the team wallet. See Prizes and payouts.
Your balance and your history
The history lists every movement of money. Each row shows where the money came from and where it went. You can filter it by kind and by date. The kinds are Top-ups, Codes, Contributions, Entry fees, Entry refunds, Prizes, Fees and Other. The Money in and out card adds up the same rows.
Money that is not yet in your balance appears under On the way. This is a prize waiting out its short hold after a tournament. See Prizes and payouts.
Ways to add money
- Top up with a payment on our checkout partner.

- For a team: a member adds funds from their own wallet.
Limits
