Create an account
You need an account to join tournaments, create teams and use a wallet. You can sign up with an email and password, or with Discord or Google.
Sign up with email
- Choose Sign up at the top of the page, or Create an account on the login page.
- Enter a Nickname (2 to 40 characters, not already taken), your Email and a Password, then repeat the password.
- Tick the box to agree to the privacy policy and the terms.
- Choose Sign up.
Your password must be 8 to 128 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and one of these symbols: ! @ # $ % & * ( ). It is also checked against known data breaches, so a password that has leaked before is refused.
Confirm your email
After you sign up, 360clash sends a confirmation link to your address. You cannot log in until you follow it.
- The link is valid for 24 hours.
- If it did not arrive, check your spam folder and then choose Resend verification email. Resending is limited to 3 requests an hour.
- If the link has expired, open it again. You will be asked for your email so a new link can be sent.
Once confirmed, you see "Your account is verified" and can log in.
Sign in with Discord or Google
On the sign-up and login pages, choose Discord or Google under "or".
- If a 360clash account already uses that provider's email address, the provider is connected to it and you are signed in.
- If not, an account is created for you, with a nickname based on your name there. You can change it later.
- Your email counts as confirmed, so there is no confirmation email to follow.
- The email address must be verified with Discord or Google. If it is not, verify it there first, or sign in with your password and connect the provider from your settings.
Epic Games is different: it can be connected to an existing account but cannot be used to sign in. See Epic Games account.
An account that signs in with Discord or Google may have no password. On the login page, Forgot password? lets you set one.
Logging in
Enter your email and password on the login page. If you turned on two-factor authentication, you are then asked for a code. See Two-factor authentication.
If your account is locked by the administrators, the login page tells you so. Contact support using Contact support.
Set up your profile
Choose Settings in the user menu to open Account settings. The Account tab has your profile:
- A profile picture and a cover image.
- Nickname, which other players see.
- Email, which is not shown on your profile. The organizer staff of a tournament you enter can see it, so they can reach you about that tournament.
- Country.
- About you.
- Links to your social profiles.
- Privacy: Show when I was last online. Others see when you were last active, for example in search results. Turn it off and only you see it.
The Security tab holds your password and two-factor authentication. The Connections tab holds connected accounts such as Discord, Google and Epic Games. The Notifications tab holds your notification settings.
Everything on your profile except your email, and your last online time if you hide it, can be seen publicly, so do not put anything private in it.
One account per person
The Terms and Conditions allow one account per person and forbid sharing accounts. Breaking this can get your accounts suspended.
